H302 Beta Terms

These terms govern early-access use of the H302 P3 app, learning system, community previews, H3 Score features, and MG coach.

Eligibility and account roles

You must be at least 13 to create an Athlete beta account. If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian must approve participation where required. Spectators must accurately identify their relationship to an athlete and may view only information that H302 and the athlete or guardian authorize.

Beta access and future purchases

TestFlight and early-access testing are provided for evaluation and may change, pause, or end. Joining the beta does not charge you, guarantee permanent access, or complete a future subscription purchase. Any paid plan will require separate pricing disclosures and affirmative checkout through the applicable web or app-store payment system.

Founding 10,000 reservations

A Founding position records early eligibility; it is not itself a purchase or activated Lifetime entitlement. Before any payment, H302 will publish the price, included core features, exclusions, refund terms, verification requirements, and the precise meaning of “Lifetime.” Unless the final offer expressly says otherwise, Lifetime will refer to the operating lifetime of the covered H302 core service, will be personal and non-transferable, and will not include separately priced third-party goods, services, events, or future products. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or ineligible reservations may be canceled. Final commercial terms require legal review before activation.

Safe and acceptable use

Do not harass others, impersonate people, evade access controls, probe or disrupt the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, share another person’s private information without permission, or use H302 to exploit a minor. H302 may restrict or remove access to protect users or the service.

MG and educational content

MG and H302 course content support education and reflection. They do not replace professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, academic, or emergency services. AI-assisted output can be incomplete or wrong; users should verify important decisions with a qualified adult or professional.

Your content and H302 property

You retain ownership of content you create. You give H302 permission to host, process, display, and moderate that content as needed to provide and secure the service. H302’s software, course design, P3 framework, MG character, branding, and original materials remain H302 property and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Availability and responsibility

Beta features are provided as available and may contain defects. To the extent permitted by law, H302 is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by beta interruptions or reliance on educational content. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
