H302 Beta Privacy Notice

This notice explains what H302 Inc. collects during early access, why it is used, and the choices available to athletes, spectators, and guardians.

Information we collect

We may collect account and contact information, selected Athlete or Spectator perspective, age or birthdate, guardian contact information, sport or organization details, course progress, H3 Score activity, MG coaching messages, support requests, device and security logs, and content you choose to post or upload.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure accounts, personalize the P3 learning experience, save progress, operate MG coaching, administer the beta, communicate essential service updates, prevent misuse, improve the product, and meet legal or safety obligations.

Young people and guardians

H302 beta accounts are intended for people age 13 and older. A parent or legal guardian should review and approve participation for a minor where required. Spectator access does not automatically grant access to a young person’s private information; athlete connections and visibility must be approved. H302 does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this beta.

Sharing and selling

H302 does not sell personal information. We may disclose limited information to service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, communicate, or operate the product; when required by law; or when reasonably necessary to protect a person or the service. Service providers are expected to use information only for the contracted purpose.

MG coaching data

MG is an educational coach, not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, or financial adviser. Do not enter highly sensitive information that is not needed for coaching. H302 may process and retain conversations to deliver the feature, maintain safety, investigate misuse, and improve the H302 experience.

Retention, security, and your choices

H302 keeps information only as long as needed for the purposes above, account administration, safety, disputes, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encryption in transit, secure password hashing, monitoring, and data-minimization practices. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information, and may withdraw optional marketing permission. Some U.S. states provide additional rights, including appeal and opt-out rights. Requests may require identity verification.

Third-party platforms

TestFlight, the Apple App Store, Google Play, hosting, email, analytics, and future payment providers process information under their own notices. H302 does not receive complete payment-card numbers from payment processors.

Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@h302.app. We will post material changes here and update the effective date. This beta notice should receive final review from H302’s privacy counsel before public commercial launch.
